Gravel Routes of Mandelieu: 5 Cycling Adventures on the Wild Riviera
Mandelieu-la-Napoule is the starting point for exciting gravel routes that reveal the wild nature of the French Riviera. The 46-kilometre route starts with the picturesque Saoumes trail, leading to the Notre-Dame d’Afrique chapel. This is an exact copy of an Algerian basilica built in memory of repatriates from North Africa. The path then goes to the Notre-Dame pass and the Saint-Martin peak, offering views of the ochre cliffs of the Esterel.

The route ends with a descent along the chemin de Maure Vieil — one of the most picturesque roads in the region.
