Filming in Monaco: "Emily in Paris" and "White Lotus" are looking for extras
At the end of the summer of 2026, Monaco will become a filming location for new seasons of the series “Emily in Paris” and “White Lotus.” Productions are looking for extras for filming against the backdrop of casinos and the racing track.
Main Projects
In August-September, Monaco will turn into a filming location for two popular series. The sixth season of “Emily in Paris” (Netflix) will continue the story of the American woman in Europe with scenes at the Grand Prix track. And “White Lotus” (HBO) will unfold a storyline in the casino for the fourth season about the guests of a luxury hotel.
Casting Extras
For “Emily in Paris,” they are looking for fashionable and stylish people aged 18-60 with a wardrobe for evening outings. The series will return to Monaco on August 28 after filming at the Grand Prix in June, where the heroine already met the pilot Sergio Perez.
Unlike Netflix’s glamorous requirements, “White Lotus” is looking for extras with experience in the luxury hospitality sector. “It is important to create an authentic atmosphere around actors like Vincent Cassel and Laura Dern,” explains the casting coordinator.
Textured Locations
- The Monaco Grand Prix racing track will serve as a backdrop for “Emily in Paris.”
- The halls of the Monte Carlo casino will become the filming location for “White Lotus” at the end of September.
Although the action of the HBO series will unfold in several cities on the Riviera, the climax - a traditional season murder - will not happen in Monaco but in another place.
