Yellow Alert for Heat and Storms in the Maritime Alps

Morning Weather

The morning on the French Riviera started with clear skies and temperatures ranging from 23 to 30°C in different parts of the region. Wind speeds in some areas, such as Saint-Martin-du-Var and Tende, reached up to 45 km/h.

Day Forecast

During the day, temperatures are expected to rise to 29–33°C on the coast and 26–35°C further inland. Windy weather will continue in Ville-sur-Var and Guillaume, where gusts can reach 55 km/h.

Thunderstorm Activity

Météo-France warned of possible thunderstorms and showers in the region from 14:00 to 20:00. The ultraviolet radiation index on the coast will be 7–8, reaching 9 in more remote areas.
