Sofía Vergara swaps the French Riviera for Mykonos

Actress Sofía Vergara, who holidayed in Saint-Tropez in mid-July 2026, has continued her summer in Greece rather than on the French Riviera: by 27 July her photographs are coming from a yacht off Mykonos.

What happened in Saint-Tropez

On 14 July 2026 the star of “Modern Family” and “Griselda” strolled around the harbour in Saint-Tropez, stopped for an ice cream on the quayside and had dinner with friends at local restaurants — as reported by Riviera Radio and Radio Monaco. She arrived on the coast from Italy, where she had just celebrated her 54th birthday aboard a yacht.

Why the Riviera leg ends here

The French Riviera turned out to be a stop of just a few days. On 21 July Vergara was seen on Mykonos, at the Scorpios club during a Peggy Gou set (The Pappas Post), and on 24 July she posted shots from a yacht in Greek waters on Instagram. On 27 July Greek City Times described her Greek holiday as a continuation of the same Mediterranean route. Those who stayed behind get the summer evenings on the French Riviera without her.

Who is still in Saint-Tropez

The harbour has hardly run short of stars: this summer it has seen Kylian Mbappé, Leonardo DiCaprio and Erling Haaland, who played a DJ set at his own 26th birthday party at the Shellona club (Riviera Radio). Lamine Yamal came to Saint-Tropez to unwind straight after the World Cup. And Monaco is casting extras this summer for “Emily in Paris” and “The White Lotus” — a chance to end up in shot next to a star without owning a yacht.
