My approach treats body, emotion and energy as interconnected; when balance breaks down it can show as tension, fatigue or blocks.
Each session is fully personalised to your current needs: calming the nervous system, recovery, detox or inner harmonisation. I work with high-quality natural oils and a gentle, intuitive touch that respects the body.
