📏 Panel sizes

OSB-3 panels are produced in heights of 2.5 m, 2.8 m, and 3 m - only from whole sheets of OSB.
Panels based on mineral wool panels have a height of 3.2 m.
This allows solving any tasks for the desired wall (ceiling) height without extending the panels vertically.

🔥 Insulation

For panel insulation, mainly polystyrene foam with graphite is used. This makes the panels:

warmer,
more fire-resistant,
unattractive to rodents.
It is also possible to use mineral rock wool.

🧱 Not only OSB - a unique offer in Europe

Currently, we are the only ones in Europe offering panels with cement-bonded particleboard (CBPB). This material consists of 65% cement, making it:

structural,
moisture-resistant,
fire-resistant,
bio-neutral,
ecological.

Foundation

Using SIP panels allows for building houses on any type of foundation:

screw piles,
concrete driven piles.
Walls

Exterior walls: SIP panels with a thickness of 174 or 224 mm.
Interior walls: 124 or 174 mm.
Connecting timber: dry planed timber or glued thermoresistant.
Insulation: graphite polystyrene foam or mineral rock wool.

Roof

Roof decking is done using SIP panels or I-beams. Possible roofing materials:

metal tile,
bituminous or ceramic tile,
standing seam roof,
torch-on membrane.
